Potholes are proving to be a formidable foe for streets crews in Muncie. The city’s director of public works telling the Star Press, “We’ve done everything we can to try to temporarily repair potholes. The repairs are just a band aid approach, in part, because local asphalt plants haven’t started producing hot mix to fill the craters.
