A traffic stop leads to the arrest of a Muncie man. 40-year-old Shane Allen Smith Jr. was a passenger in a car that was stopped for speeding. Smith allegedly refused to willingly exit the vehicle. Upon further inspection, police found various drugs in his possession. Smith is already facing 20 charges in pending cases.
