Muncie Man Facing Numerous Charges

City police say a 38 year-old Muncie man ripped a chunk of hair from his daughter’s head and covered his children’s noses & mouths with his hand as a form of punishment. Bradley Eugene Mauro Sr. has been charged with domestic battery on a victim under the age of 14, strangulation and neglect of a dependent.
