City police say after a Muncie woman chose to end her relationship with Jason Leon Smith, the 38-year-old Muncie man harassed and threatened both his accuser and her mother. The 31-year-old woman and her mother both obtained protective orders and then Smith moved the harassment online. He is in the Delaware County jail under a $15,000 bond.
