A Muncie felon is accused of leading authorities on an extended vehicle chase for the second time in six months. 49-year-old Daniel Ace Kelly fled on foot from what deputies believed was a stolen SUV, and eventually was found in a nearby house attic by a police K-9. The chase ended with his pickup truck crashing into a tree in Liberty Township.
