Anderson Mayor Thomas Broderick Jr. says there has been a change in the city’s philosophy when it comes to attracting new business development. During his annual “state of the city” address to the Madison County Historical Society, Broderick said Anderson is seeking five areas to be designated as Opportunity Zones.
