A Muncie man is charged with dealing drugs, holding a woman against her will and injuring a dog to the point it had to be euthanized. 35 year old Caleb Clock of the 3500 block of West 28th Street was arrested on intimidate, cruelty to animals and domestic battey in connection with the incidents.
