A Hartford City felon has been apprehended after a traffic stop. 29-year-old Douglas B. Henderson was taken into custody after police discovered a handgun, a shotgun and drugs in his car. Henderson was convicted of burglary in 2010 and is not supposed to be in possession of the guns.
