A fourth person has died from the traffic accident that occurred northeast of Gaston on Feb. 27. According to Delaware County Sheriff Ray Dudley, 68-year old Benjamin C. Parsons died at an Indianapolis hospital on Tuesday. With Parsons’ death, the sole survivor of the crash is Jacob Hartley, who is still being to be treated for his injuries. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
