A Muncie volleyball coach is accused of violating the terms of his pre-trial release in connection with federal counts involving having sex with two students. 24 year old Nolan Brand was cuffed Saturday night. His attorney requested that a hearing on the violation be put off until March 14th when a hearing on his initial indictment had already been set.
