Cause Determined For MadCo Blackout

Power was out in Elwood and in other parts of Madison, Grant and Tipton counties for about three hours Monday morning. Indiana Michigan Power’s outage map reported 6,449 customers without electricity. The outage was caused by tripped circuit breakers at two substations.
