The Indiana Supreme Court on Wednesday suspended Blackford Circuit Court Judge Dean Young from the bench for six days. The ruling comes after Young prohibited, then County Clerk Derinda Shady, from entered the county courthouse for six days in August 2015 after a conflict between Shady, Young, and Superior Court Judge Nick Barry.
