The Anderson Community Development Corp. has offered to sell 10 properties. The organization is tasked with returning properties demolished through the Blight elimination Program. The group has acquired 54 properties and expects to receive three more this week. The ACDC is awaiting the demolition of 14 properties and seven additional properties are awaiting funding approval by the state.
