A Yorktown man who struck the back of a Madison County horse and buggy has signed a plea deal. 39-year-old Jason E. Moore was allegedly driving drunk when his truck struck the buggy, injuring its driver and passenger, and severely injuring one of the horses. Terms of the deal include 20 months in work release, 10 months on probation and the loss of his license for one year. Sentencing is scheduled for March 12.
