It’s been more than five years since authorities say 25 year old James Cole and another man took part in an armed bank robbery and fired an assault rifle in Yorktown. Jury selection is getting underway in his trial on a slew of charges, ranging from attempted murder to armed robbery to attempted carjacking. Cole is accused of firing the rifle at two responding police officers after the hold up at First Merchants Bank on November 6th, 2012.
