Searching For One; Found Five

A search for one woman led to the arrests of five people at a New Castle motel. Henry County sheriff’s deputies went to the Raintree Inn, on S. Ind. 3, in search for 35-year-old Rachel D. Stegner, who was supposed to be on home detention. Once inside, police found various drugs and arrested Stegner along with four other people, including the hotel’s manager.
