Police are seeking the public’s help in finding eight people who were captured on video brazenly stealing $6,000 in merchandise from a Muncie store. Police sought tips in the case Wednesday after releasing surveillance videos that show seven people entering a Victoria’s Secret store at the Muncie Mall and swiftly filling plastic bags with clothing before fleeing. An eighth person apparently served as lookout during the Feb. 7 heist.
