Public Safety Income Tax Nets $5 Million

Better for some than others: A local public safety income tax enacted in 2015 is bringing in an estimated $5 million dollars annually to local police agencies. Muncie gets about $2.8 million, Delaware County just under $2 million. By comparison, the city of Selma receives just over $10,000 a year.
