A group of Muncie residents are scheduled to rally for comprehensive sampling for lead and other contaminants emitted by the Exide Technologies. This group plans to meet at 1 p.m. Sunday at Thomas Park along Memorial Drive and caravan to the rally near the Exide plant, in the southside Industria Centre.
