Investigators Say It Was Road Rage

A semi driver is accused of closely following a woman’s vehicle, shouting at her while brandishing a pipe, and ripping off her license plate off her car. 55-year-old Thomas Lee Vore of Galveston is charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness and theft. An initial hearing is scheduled March 26 in Delaware Circuit Court 1.
