The Madison County Prosecutor’s office is anticipating formal charges being filed Tuesday against Kelli Leever-Driskel. The 34-year-old Anderson woman was arrested last week on a preliminary charge of murder in the death of her newborn. An autopsy lists the official cause of death as prematurity with contributing factors including several drugs found in the newborn boy’s system.
