The Second Harvest food distribution for Delaware County scheduled for this morning has been cancelled due to frigid temperatures. The tailgate weather policy dictates that no distribution will take place when the wind chills are below zero. The policy is in place for the safety of staff, volunteers and individuals served by the program.
