Chicago’s O’Hare Could Expand By 75%

Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Chicago’s airlines are nearing an $8.5 billion deal to dramatically expand O’Hare Airport, adding what would become the first “global alliance hub” terminal in the U.S., dozens of new gates and increasing the airport’s square footage by 75%.
