On February 5, 2017, 38 year old Joseph Johnson was shot and killed in front of his home on the 1500 block of South Pershing Drive. For months now, a billboard has sought ‘Justice For Joseph,’ looking for information about his killers. On Sunday, at 2;30pm, family and friends will gather for a balloon release marking the anniversary of Johnson’s death at Madison Street and Kirby Avenue.
