Aspire Health of Indiana may soon enact a program to combat the spread of hepatitis C and HIV in Madison County. The Harm Reduction Program would include testing for HIV and hep C, a syringe exchange, vaccinations for hepatitis C and B, and an outpatient detoxification plan. The Aspire board of directors is expected to vote on the program at the March 22 meeting.
