An Alexandria man is on trial in Madison Circuit Court Division 3 on two felony counts of sexual misconduct with a 10-year-old girl. 35-year-old Carlos Sauri II has two level 4 felony counts against him and could serve a possible prison sentence of up to 24 years. School officials contacted deputies after the girl reported the abuse.
