The state emergency management team for Muncie Community Schools has decided not to renew the contract of MCS Superintendent Dr. Steven Baule. His contract runs out at the end of June. The Muncie School District has been in financial trouble because of a multi-million dollar deficit; with the state taking over full control of the district’s finances late last year.
