Nichols’ Attorney Asks For Push Back Of Trial Start

The attorney for Muncie’s building commissioner is asking for a delay in his client’s trial date. Craig Nichols is facing 34 federal criminal counts and his counsel wants to push the trial past the scheduled April 9th starting date. Charges against Nichols include money laundering, wire fraud and theft of government funds.
