Gunshots rang out in Muncie when the New Year did and now two people are under arrest. Police say 51 year old Dewey Caldwell and 34 year old Lindsey Hill are charged with criminal recklessness. The two were accused of firing gunshots in the Southern Pines complex at about 2am Monday. Hill’s two kids were present and she is also charged with neglect of a dependent.
