Police say a man is dead after a shooting in New Castle Tuesday morning. 49 year old Steven Dunn died of his injuries at the hospital following the incident at 820 South Vine Street. No word on a shooter or arrests in the the case. Police say Dunn lived at the home where the shooting took place at about 5am.
