ISP Says Its Okay To Call 911

With sub-zero temperatures, Indiana State Troopers will be on high alert for disabled vehicles along the road. It only takes minutes without heat to become hypothermic. Make sure your car is prepared for the cold. ISP says it IS acceptable to call 911 if your car breaks down and you need assistance.
