Delaware County Tattoo Proposal Being Reviewed

The ordinance in Delaware County requiring parents to approve a tattoo before a juvenile gets one will be under review. The measure requires both parents to be present for their child to get a tattoo. It’s a more restrctive measure than the state, which only requires one parent to be there and give consent.
