The Community Foundation delivered more than a million dollars to area non profits in 2017. The organizations were varied cinluding Back To School Teacher Store, Muncie Action Plan, Second Harvest Food Bank and the Cornerstone Center for the Arts. The Community Foundation received more than $2.1 million in requests and a committee of 12 volunteers reviews each application and makes grant recommendations to the Board .
