We now know the identity of the body that was found along railroad tracks in rural Delaware County in 2016. Police say the body of 31-year-old Brian Keith Hammer Jr was found along the tracks near Delaware County Roads 700-West and 300-South. Investigators believe Hammer was killed in Marion County and his body was dumped here.
