Board Approves Boiler Replacement

The Anderson Board of Public Works has approved a 72-thousand dollar bid to ensure there’s plenty of heat next winter. The board voted to award the contract to install new boilers at the Anderson City Building. The entire heating system will have to be shut down in order to do it, so they will wait until spring to replace the boilers.
