Charges face two Muncie residents for failing to get medical treatment promptly for a 10-month-old girl with a broken leg. 23 year old Tessa Murray and 20 year old Nerrell McCoy are charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury. Police say the pair were arrested after waiting several days this past summer to take the child to the hospital. When they did, it was discovered she had a dislocated femur fracture.
