A second suspect wanted in connection with a shooting an Anderson gas station is now in custody. Authorities in Minneapolis have arrested 25-year-old Dominique Brisker in regards to the incident Nov. 1, in the parking lot of the Quick Stop Marathon at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Madison Avenue.
