An employee of Rally’s is charged with stealing $1,300 from a safe and using the money to buy money cards. Police say 27 year old Joseph Clock of East 21st Street showed up at the CVS on South Tillotson Avenue early one morening last week with a sack of cash. He reportedly bought $500 worth of money cards, which he had on him when arrested.
