Prosecutor Wants To Review Mental Status Reports

Delaware County prosecutors want to review Howard County reports that focus of the mental status of Rodney G. Patterson. The Muncie man was arrested Sept. 1 after allegedly shooting another Muncie man in the chest. The 44-year-old Patterson is alleged to have shot the manager of the southside apartment complex where he lived.
