A Muncie teen arrested once for a shooting over the summer, was arrested again after bolting back in August. 18-year-old Ricky Taylor had pleaded guilty in connection with the incident and was told to wear an electronic monitoring device. He took it off and has since been recaptured. He was charged with criminal recklessness in the plea, down from attempted murder.
