Muncie City Council is set to meet tonight to hear an ordinance that may allow the city to soon have its own ambulance service. The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium at Muncie City Hall as the council will hear an ordinance that would establish a fire department-based emergency medical service.
