The police and the Pacers teaming up to make kids happy in Muncie. Jakks Toy Store also kicked in as Indiana Pacers Pacemates, mascots Freddy Fever and Boomer showed up to visit with children at Price Hall Tuesday morning. They came with toys and are picking low income daycare centers for other deliveries in the days to come.
