31-year-old Jonathan Heath was attending a hearing at the Howard County Courthouse when it was discovered he was wanted on a warrant. He was arrested and while awaiting transportation to the jail, he managed to get loose and evade authorities. He was found a short time later inside Kokomo Municipal Stadium.
