Kokomo Boy Shoots; Kills Brother In Family Home

An 11-year-old boy with autism has been detained and charged with the juvenile equivalent of voluntary manslaughter. Police in Kokomo say the child shot and killed his 28-year-old brother in the family home. Kokomo Police and the Howard County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
