Indiana AG Wants Yorktown Official Removed

Indiana’s Attorney General wants Yorktown’s clerk-treasurer removed from office. Curtis Hill says Beth Neff’s “pervasive and continued neglect of her duties” warrants her removal.  He recently submitted a 19 page legal brief in court after a judge determined Neff would remain in office after a similar complaint from the Delaware County prosecutor.
