Asking For $400k To Remodel Tower Apartments

The Anderson Redevelopment Commission has approved a resolution allowing the issuance of up to a $400,000 bond to be used toward the renovation of the iconic Tower Apartments building in downtown Anderson. The city council will vote on the bond when they meet this Thursday evening.
