The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld a trial judge’s decision to revoke all six years of an Anderson man’s suspended sentence on a parole violation after he vanished for more than 10 years. Jerome Harris – aka Lawrence Brown – served six years and was released, but was 14 years late in reporting to probation.
