Ambulance Service Ordinance Sent To Study Committee

There was a late change to the Muncie ordinance that would create a city-wide ambulance service. The amended ordinance broadened spending of revenue in order to create a fire department-based ambulance service. Muncie City Council heard that ordinance last night…and sent the proposal to a committee for further study before council’s Jan. 8 meeting, which could see final adoption of the proposal.
