Indiana’s Attorney General is trying to take Yorktown Clerk-Treasurer Beth Neff’s job away. Curtis Hill points to what he calls Neff’s “pervasive and continued neglect of her duties as the financial manager of Yorktown” and says it warrants her removal from office. He recently submitted a 19 page legal brief in court after a judge determined Neff would remain in office following a similar complaint from the Delaware County prosecutor.
