Two Muncie residents have been accused of smoking meth while in a local McDonald’s drive-thru. 32-year-old Stephen Scott Drinkard Jr. and 20-year-old Hannah Nicole Wilson have both been charged with possession of meth. They were arrested outside the Chadam Lane McDonalds. Drinkard allegedly admitted to running drugs from Ohio to Muncie on a regular basis
